Information for hirers

When people hire your building, or rooms within it, you’ll need to give them some information. The type of information they need may depend on lots of things – for example whether they’re hiring the whole building or just part of it, any equipment involved, the way they’re using the space, and whether there will be a staff member or volunteer present while they’re using the building. Some of the will be formal, legal information about insurance, hire charges, H&S responsibilities etc. Other information may be less formal, including requests regarding noise, tidiness, and how to leave the space at the end of the session.
